Poetry Celebration: A Swarm of Poets (Laureate)

A final celebration of Poetry Month. Adult & teen contest winners will be invited to read their winning poems and receive their prizes. As we celebrate our outgoing Poet Laureate, we have invited other outstanding area poets laureate to read, including Carol Bachofner, Jacob Fricke, Toussaint St. Negritude, Elizabeth Garber, Elizabeth Tibbets, Ellen Sander, Karin Spitfire, and Rockland’s inaugural poet laureate, Kendall Merriam. We will also be welcoming aboard our New Rockland Poet Laureate! Free and open to all.

Slow Down Aging at the Cellular Level

Damage at the cellular level affects everyone. Called oxidative stress, it accelerates aging and is the basis for many illnesses and disease.
