Saturday Stretch with Patti Luchetti; Balance and Stamina
Balance is the foundation of safe movement. With it, we gain the confidence to sustain our movement and allow the muscle groups to both contract and stretch. Stamina is our ultimate goal; with it we steadily increase our capacity to strengthen the heart, our circulation and our muscle tone. Classes will begin with balance exercises, simple steps, and will end with relaxation. All levels of experience are welcome. Those who are new to a movement program or who are seeking to regain past abilities are especially encouraged to attend. We’ll be using a carpeted space; we’ll make full use of chairs; students should wear loose comfortable clothing or gym wear.
Registration is not necessary, but participants are encouraged to attend all classes in the series. Participants of this program will be asked to sign a waiver of liability.
