Saturday Stretch Series: Balance & Stamina
Taught by Patti Luchetti. Classes will begin with balance exercises, simple steps, and will end with relaxation. All levels of experience are welcome. Those who are new to a movement program or who are seeking to regain past abilities are especially encouraged to attend. We’ll be using a carpeted space; we’ll make full use of chairs; students should wear loose, comfortable clothing or gym wear. Registration is not necessary, but participants are encouraged to attend all classes in the series. Participants of this program will be asked to sign a waiver of liability.
